1. Privacy Statement

Raeye ("We", "Us", "Raeye") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information when you use the Raeye mobile application ("App") and our other services.

We ensure that the processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations regarding personal data protection in the Republic of Indonesia. By using our Services, you are deemed to have given us consent to process your personal data in accordance with the provisions in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us as well as data collected automatically when you use our systems.

  • Personal Identity Information: Includes full name, date of birth, gender, and profile photo.
  • Contact Information: Includes phone number (used for WhatsApp OTP authentication) and email address.
  • Transaction Information: Includes table reservation history, spending history, payment methods used, loyalty point accumulation, and Bottle Vault data.
  • Technical & Device Data: Includes IP address, device type, operating system, Unique Device ID, and App activity log data.

Note: We do NOT collect or store digital copies of your government-issued identification cards (KTP/Passport) within the App. Any identity verification required by law or venue policy is conducted physically at the Venue.

3. Purpose of Processing

The data we collect is used for operational purposes and to improve the quality of our services, including:

  • Account Authentication: Verifying your identity through OTP codes sent to your WhatsApp number.
  • Reservation Management: Processing table bookings, sending booking confirmations, and managing your visit schedule.
  • Loyalty Program: Calculating membership points, determining tier levels, and providing exclusive offers according to your profile.
  • Service Communication: Sending important notifications regarding changes in terms and conditions, transaction confirmations, or reservation schedule reminders.
  • Security & Audit: Detecting and preventing fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, or App misuse.
  • Personalized Marketing: Providing product or event recommendations that match your previous visit preferences (with an opt-out option).

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on:

  • Consent you provide during account registration.
  • Contractual obligations to provide reservation and membership Services to you.
  • Compliance with legal obligations applicable to the restaurant and entertainment industry in Indonesia.
  • Legitimate interest to maintain system security and improve our App performance.

5. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Raeye does not sell or rent your personal information to any party. We only share your data with third parties that collaborate with us to support operational Services, namely:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: database storage and user authentication with global security standards.
  • Automated Messaging Services: WhatsApp API for sending transaction notifications and OTPs.
  • Analytic Services: Vendors who help us understand user behavior to improve App performance (anonymous/aggregated data).
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law or court order for legal investigation purposes.

6. Security & Storage Location

All your personal data is stored on secure cloud servers with high-level encryption. We implement physical and technical security procedures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of data.

Given that our system uses global cloud infrastructure, your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia. By using this App, you consent to such data transfer in accordance with international data protection standards.

7. Data Retention

We will store your personal data as long as your account is active or as long as the data is needed to provide Services to you.

We will delete or anonymize your data if your account has been permanently deleted and there is no legal obligation to store it further.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data within the Raeye system:

  • Right of Access: You can view your profile information and transaction history at any time through the App.
  • Right of Correction: You can change or correct incorrect data through the profile settings menu.
  • Right of Deletion (Account Deletion): You have the right to delete your account permanently. This feature is available in the Profile > Delete Account menu. Once the account is deleted, all loyalty points and membership access will be permanently forfeited.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: You can withdraw consent for data processing by deleting your account, however, this will result in you no longer being able to use the App Services.

9. Media & Photography Policy

When you visit the Raeye Venue, you may be in areas where photos or videos are taken by our official photographers for event documentation and social media marketing purposes.

By attending our events, you give permission to Raeye to use such image recordings. However, if you find a photo of yourself on our official channels that you wish to have removed for privacy reasons, please contact us for a content removal request.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to adapt to legal or technological developments. We will notify you of significant changes through notifications in the App or email. You are advised to check this page regularly.
