1. General Provisions
Welcome to Raeye Membership Apps. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you as a user ("User" or "You") and the management of Raeye ("We", "Us", or "Management"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Raeye mobile application ("App"), our website, and all hospitality and entertainment services provided at our physical venue ("Venue").
By downloading, installing, registering, or using any part of our Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any point in this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Services and delete the App from your device.
2. Definitions
- "App" refers to the Raeye mobile software available officially on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- "Venue" refers to the physical operational location of Raeye Dining & Experience.
- "Membership" refers to the tiered loyalty membership program managed through the App.
- "Loyalty Points" refers to digital reward points earned from valid transactions at the Venue, which have no cash value and are only valid within the Raeye ecosystem.
- "Bottle Vault" refers to the spirit/wine storage facility provided for items purchased at the Venue for a specific duration.
- "Dining Session" refers to the operational period where guests of all ages are permitted with adult supervision.
- "Party Session" refers to the late-night entertainment operational period which enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years.
3. Account Registration Requirements
To use the full Services, including reservations and loyalty points, you are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal data.
- Registration requires your Full Name, Phone Number (active WhatsApp), Date of Birth, and Email.
- Only one phone number can be associated with a single unique user account.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is deemed to be activity performed or authorized by you.
- Identity verification for age-restricted sessions is conducted physically at the Venue entrance via government-issued identification cards. The App does not collect or store digital copies of your ID.
4. Age Restrictions & Verification (21+)
While we warmly welcome guests of all ages for dining, participation in our late-night Party Sessions is exclusively reserved for those aged 21 and over, and we kindly request presenting a valid physical ID upon arrival to ensure a seamless experience and maintain your account's privileges.
5. Reservation & Table Policy
The Raeye reservation system is designed to provide seamless access for our members.
- Reservation Confirmation: Reservations made through the App are considered "Pending" until confirmed by the system or our administrative staff. Tables booking may require a Down Payment.
- Minimum Spend: Use of certain tables requires a predetermined minimum spending amount. Any difference between actual spending and the minimum spend will be charged to the guest as a table booking fee.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Raeye Management enforces strict financial policies to maintain operational quality.
- Down payments are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
7. Membership & Loyalty Program
Raeye membership is based on loyalty and user transaction activity.
- Membership Tier status is determined based on "Rolling Spending" or total spending within a certain period.
- Loyalty Points are earned from valid food and beverage transactions. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cashback.
- Points earned are non-transferable to other user accounts.
- Raeye reserves the right to cancel point accumulation or unilaterally downgrade tier status if indications of abuse, transaction data manipulation, or ethical violations within the Venue are found.
8. Bottle Vault Service
We provide storage facilities for alcoholic beverage bottles that have not been fully consumed by the guest.
- This service applies only to beverages officially purchased at Raeye.
- The maximum storage period is 30 calendar days from the date of deposit.
- If the bottle is not claimed within that period, Raeye management reserves the right to dispose of or remove the bottle from inventory without any obligation for compensation.
- Guests must show the digital "Vault Card" within the App when claiming a stored bottle.
9. Banquet & Private Events
Raeye offers specialized services for corporate gatherings, weddings, and private celebrations through our "Banquet" module.
- Inquiries for Banquet services must be submitted through the designated inquiry form within the App.
- Each inquiry is subject to review by our event management team. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking until a dedicated event contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
- Management reserves the right to capture user information during the inquiry process for administrative audit and follow-up purposes.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content contained within the App and Website, including but not limited to design, logos, user interfaces, source code, algorithms, photos, videos, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Raeye Dining & Experience.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, duplicating, modifying, or distributing such materials for commercial purposes without written permission from our management.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to perform actions that may harm our system or the comfort of other guests, including:
- Performing hacking, data scraping, or the use of bots on the App.
- Providing reviews or feedback containing SARA (ethnic, religious, racial, and inter-group) elements, pornography, or insults.
- Bringing outside food or beverages into the Venue.
- Engaging in harassment, violence, or the use of prohibited substances within the Venue. Violations of this point will be reported to the authorities and result in a permanent account ban.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Raeye endeavors to maintain maximum Service quality, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be free from technical disturbances, bugs, or malware.
- Raeye is not responsible for reservation system failures due to internet disturbances on the User's device or disturbances from third-party service providers.
- Health Risks: Guests understand that entertainment venues have high noise levels and use strobe lights that may impact health (hearing impairment or light sensitivity). Attendance at the Venue is at personal risk.
- The maximum compensation Raeye can provide for Service negligence is limited to the value of the disputed transaction.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. All disputes that cannot be resolved through deliberation will be resolved through the jurisdiction of the District Court in the legal domicile area of Raeye management.
